For the Go Figure series, Gary began sourcing wines crafted by industry-leading winemakers who had a little extra left over from their own bottling. The results are stellar wines, hand-selected by Gary and team at significantly lower prices than at the winery itself. Each series gets their own “Lot Number”.
Fruit from this Go Figure come from 17-acres set high above Napa Valley’s Lake Hennessy in the Pritchard Hill appellation. Made by a 100 Point Winemaker, this is a knockout blend of 99% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Cabernet Franc from the estate's sustainably-farmed vineyards. On the nose this wine has aromas of wild, slightly underripe red berries and leafy, herbaceous notes with firm acidity but soft, approachable tannins. This wine showcases quality, character and ageability.
