Luscious dark chocolate, violet, and vanilla flavors followed by a soft tannin structure give this wine a unique, yet very well-balanced, body. The warm climate of the Santa Rosa Plains helps give this wine lovely red fruit flavors with justthe right amount of acid to balance out the tannins, giving it a lovely structure.
